Before co-founding Rapid Cycle Solutions in 2013, Bill had an impressive career trajectory that included holding technical and executive roles within various Government IT services firms. With over 40 years of experience as an IT software development consultant, cloud expert, and program manager, he has consistently led teams to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of mission-critical enterprise systems. Bill has founded, expanded, and divested companies throughout his career. Bill remains actively engaged with Rapid Cycle Solutions customers, offering executive-level guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Bill holds several industry certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and expertise in software development methodologies.
