NASA SEWP, pronounced “soup,” stands for Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement. The contract vehicle provides Information Technology, Communications, and Audio/Visual solutions and services to federal agencies and their approved contractors.
NASA SEWP is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract managed by the NASA SEWP Program Management Office at Goddard Space Flight Center. The program provides acquisition support to federal agencies and is funded through a usage surcharge.
SEWP VI Category C supports mission-based ITC/AV service requirements associated with a specific mission, program, project, facility, operational environment, or defined agency requirement. Federal agencies may use NASA SEWP VI to obtain RCS services under Category C in accordance with applicable SEWP ordering procedures, fair-opportunity requirements, and agency acquisition policies.
1. Contact the RCS SEWP VI Team

2. Provide a Draft Requirement
Provide a draft statement of work, performance work statement, statement of objectives, or other requirement documentation for preliminary review, market research support, or solution discussion.
3. Coordinate Through the NASA SEWP Ordering Process
Work with the appropriate agency contracting office and follow the applicable NASA SEWP ordering and fair-opportunity procedures.
4. Receive a Tailored RCS Response
RCS will prepare a response aligned with the requirement’s scope, schedule, labor needs, security requirements, and performance objectives.
Fair Opportunity and Quote Requirements
Ordering under FAR 16.505(b).
Orders under SEWP VI are subject to applicable fair-opportunity requirements under FAR 16.505(b), including use of SEWP request-for-quote tools when appropriate. Documentation supporting an order selection is maintained by the issuing procurement office.
RCS responds to SEWP requests in accordance with the contract, the SEWP database of record, applicable ordering procedures, and the Contract Holder User Manual. Formal RFQ responses must contain items available under the contract, and quoted prices may not exceed the corresponding prices in the SEWP database of record when the quote is issued.
